About Northcross Group

Northcross Group (NCG) is a professional services firm specializing in merger and acquisition integrations, system modernization, and compliance programs for clients in the private and public sectors. We provide industry-specific business solutions and understand the importance of providing the same level of care to the people who will use it and the underlying data. These fundamentals—technology, data, and people—are all a part of the equation for success. We work with clients in the banking/finance, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, technology, and federal markets.

NCG develops tooling and automated platforms to support its professional services practices and is in the process of deploying a SaaS platform that will make some of its tooling available to broader markets. We have an internal development team that develops, maintains, and continuously improves our automation.

The role will work with NCG advisors and consultants developing materials supporting clients and NCG’s educational initiatives with K-12 and workforce retooling.

A successful candidate will be a key part of our dynamic team of Management and Technology advisors and consultants. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is not only adept at technical writing and editing but looks to develop experience and skills in professional services with our growing team.

Requirements

This role requires the ability to understand a range of professional and business topics and develop and/or refine clear and understandable content for broad audiences. Key to NCG’s services is the ability to craft a story and engage a wide range of people to understand that story and be able to act on it. The role requires the ability to craft and tailor stories to fit specific client industries, organization type, and initiative goals.

Additionally, the role requires the following elements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical or Creative Writing, or related field
