Job Responsibilities

Join Creare’s busy IT department to support a high-tech engineering environment. Duties will include network and system administration and troubleshooting; PC technical support (hardware and software installations, workstation set-up, network hook-up, PC and peripheral repairs, troubleshooting); as well as support to management (needs assessment/planning and new technology implementation); and more.

Requirements

Professional Requirements

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) is required. Specific experience must include software and hardware installation and support, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft desktop operating systems, and Microsoft Office 365 applications. Preferred but not required: experience with PBX/VOIP phone systems, mobile device management and mobile support (e.g. Office and MFA mobile apps), Exchange Online, printer maintenance and troubleshooting experience, CAD support, and SQL database administration. Excellent technical skills coupled with effective communication and work prioritization skills are a must. An individual with strong organizational skills, able to lead special projects and deliver timely results is preferred.
