As an E-Banking Specialist, you will be among the first employees to use new E-Banking services, and you’ll participate in sharing the excitement within the Bank, and with customers. You will work independently, as well as in collaboration with other E-Banking Specialists, to support customers with their use of our products and services, and to brainstorm solutions to enhance customer service. Share your ideas for improving customer service and streamlining processes and procedures. You will serve as the go-to person for customers who contact the Bank seeking assistance. You will help customers understand the features and benefits of our electronic banking services. Through extensive interaction with employees and customers, you will build strong and lasting relationships.
