As a Customer Service Representative, you will build lifelong banking relationships with customers by taking the initiative to reach out and follow through with customers to ensure that the customer’s needs are fully met. As a Customer Service Representative, you will acquire and expand new relationships via new accounts and new opportunities for all customers.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent. Previous customer service with demonstrated cross-sales ability and cash handling experience required. Prior banking experience helpful.
  • Relationship builder who is able to interact professionally and warmly with customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable banking products and services while building trust.
  • Professional communication skills with clear verbal and written communication to explain account options and terms in person and over the telephone
  • Recognized for the ability to work well with others, a positive influence and team player.
  • Ability to work independently and to collaborate with other departments and team members to provide Exceptional Service,
  • Initiative and desire to help resolve problems and find appropriate solutions for customers.
  • Must have excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills through use of appropriate grammar
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, able to meet deadlines and is accurate.
  • Computer literacy including windows software, knowledge of professional formatting and writing styles and familiar with the use of Excel software.
