About Us
West Central Behavioral Health, the non-profit community behavioral health center serving lower Grafton County and Sullivan County, New Hampshire, is embarking on a four-year, transformational effort to become a federally-recognized Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. This will enable West Central to continue to provide high-quality, person- and family-centered mental and substance use disorder services to 10,000 underserved individuals of all ages, including our veterans, regardless of their ability to pay.
West Central was founded in 1977, we offer a wide range of specialized services for individuals of every age who are struggling with mental and behavioral health disorders. We provide a full continuum of care, including outpatient, mobile crisis, case management, functional support, residential and continuing care services.
West Central Behavioral Health's mission is to promote the health and quality of life of individuals, families and communities by providing treatment for mental illness and substance use disorders, while helping to reduce the stigma associated with these challenging conditions.
