Our Mission is to educate, support, and empower women with tools, information, and resources to reclaim their lives and heal from negative experiences. We utilize skills, expertise, and personal and professional experience to provide services for women, one on one, in group settings, and education materials to promote health and wellness.

A small group practice has the benefits of community and connections with coworkers combined with the freedom to practice clinically in your own way. All insurance billing and marketing is taken care of for you so you can focus on your clients and clinical work. We have a close knit team, staff have lunch together, consult on cases, and regularly connect through staff meetings and group supervision. This is a supportive community of women.
