Fallbrook Woods is a unique gem. We are a Maine owned and operated company nestled on 17 acres in Portland’s North Deering neighborhood. As a leading memory-care community, we are committed to engaging residents in meaningful ways and offering choices that honor self-expression, routines, capabilities, and lifestyle preferences. Culture and programming provide a breath of fresh air and most importantly, permission for a person with memory impairment to explore and participate in failure-free surroundings while living life at a pace that is beneficial, unique to their needs, and designed to allow all residents to be who they are.

Our compassionate and dedicated staff is essential to cultivating a supportive environment that promotes the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents. Over the years, a seasoned team has been carefully cultivated and skillful use of memory impairment approaches are artfully applied to daily living situations. Staff lives our philosophy in their actions and words-- that resident needs, dignity, and wishes come before anything else.
