Alternative Balance is a mother-daughter owned business located in Henniker, NH. Kim started this company as a Reiki practitioner looking for liability insurance and saw a lack of resources in the industry. She set out to make her own and 25 years later, her daughter Katie now helps run the business along with an 8 member team who all genuinely enjoy their careers!

We strive to create the best environment for our employees while providing our customers with the best possible service. Our employees come into the office on Tuesdays & Thursdays and work from home the rest of the week. We enjoy collaborating with each other, brainstorming and having fun while getting work done! Managers and owners strongly focus on having a positive work environment as when employees are happy and productive, so is the business and it's customers. Having this mindset has allowed us to flourish into an extremely successful 25+ year business.
